If I could rate them ZERO stars I would! Very rude! Also never fixed the leak in tub…They came in November and said a part needed to be ordered. Then tells us to call them if we don’t hear back from them in a few weeks. SERIOUSLY??!! We did call…numerous times I might add. Left messages and never heard back. Just moved out of the apartment this weekend. STILL never fixed!! Also the owner who came out talked down to me as a woman (yes I know how a faucet works). Worst experience ever!! Can’t believe there are people like this that run a business! BEWARE!! Only used them because the landlord had account with them and we could not use anyone else. Take my advice and steer clear of this place!!

The downstairs toilet would not flush and the shower was not draining. Called around and Ray was here within a hour. Cleaned out the pipes( not sure the correct term) and was very reasonably priced.

Responsive to emergency calls and do quality work. They excel at clearing blocked sewer lines. They have a powerful hydro jetting rig, which uses high pressure water as a cutting tool to remove invasive tree roots. Not cheap, but way more effective at root removal than the power snakes that everyone else uses. Their camera snake verifies when the line is clear, so you can be sure the job is done.

I called them at 9pm no one answered, I called another company; appointment 8-10am he called at 10:45 that he’ll be in at 11:15. He showed up at 12:45 then tells me that I need Hydrojet service which is double the quote I was given . I called RJ Till again; He came out on time, finished the job and $90 cheaper than the other company original quote. I would recommend them to anyone.

Love love love this company ❤ super professional, and saved me $2,850 compared to Rescue plumbing that was only going to do half the work then RJ TIll. I’m a female with a disabled uncle I’m taking care of, and they did NOT try to take advantage of us.. THANK YOU!! AND did a perfect job ! We are so happy and grateful !! Will definitely call them back whenever we need help!
