I woke at 530a up to no water due to a broken valve outside my house. I called a few 24 hr places & got “on the schedule” 5 hours later…nothing, not even a update. I call Gideons & in less than a hour Zack is at my house! 20 mins later I have water!!! Super quick & inexpensive fix. I’m over the moon pleased with the service I received from the nice lady who took my call to Zack’s professionalism doing the work. Great job guys…will 100% be my go to for plumbing 🙂

These jerks really ripped me off. I asked for a price to change out two toilets and replace my sink faucets. They said it would be $1000 or less. As they usually work “cost plus”. I agreed and after 4 days they finally finished then sent me a bill for $7,150! I thought it was a mistake and they meant $715.00. But nope, the hours added up. Apparently their plumbers struggled and never once said anything about the job would go above $1000 until after it was complete. Then the capital B, eye Tea see H in the office threatened to lien my home! We finally settled on $5,000. I’ve since spoken to 4 separate plumbers who all said this is excessive and should have not paid and let them try to lien the property. Steer clear of these scammers!

Do not use them. Unfair pricing for the industry. Prays on the vulnerable. Won’t provide an itemized outline of parts and labor when requested. Rude office staff. They say things to make the sale (like price matching) and then takes back the comments once job is complete. Very unfortunate experience. Don’t want others to have to endure the same. Stay far away!

They worked with my schedule (dropping off and picking up kids). Showed up on time and performed the requested work within an hour for less than half the price other plumbers quoted. During the same trip, they replaced an old corroded tub plug that many other plumbers wouldn’t even touch! Have been using them for years and will continue to do so!

This company did work in the unit above mine and as soon as they got.done my sinks and toilet.started overflowing with fecal.water At wich I tried to contact them to hopefully find a resolution.and at wich point I was met.with a unprofessional attitude and told they would not fix it unless I paid This company is unprofessional and legal steps are being taken not to mention a formal complaint with.the Better Business Bureau See pictures on their website So as to date legal process in motion and attorneys have been retained

Needed my water heater replaced asap. The price was extremely fair for a new water heater installed. The office manager was always prompt with answers and very professional. I’d definitely repeat with Gideon’s for any plumbing need and recommend their services.

Graham was great. Quick,efficient, and dog friendly and tolerant! He fixed two shower heads and a backed up tub while having 3 dogs follow him. The company was quick to respond to my call, same day service, punctual ,and clean. This will now be my go to plumbers for any future issues!!!!

My first experience with Gideons and Greco was great. When I called they were polite and informative, the plumber kept in touch and was on time, and the work was done well and for the estimated price. I’ll be calling them again.
