Being new to Minnesota, I didn’t know all the workings of a radiant heat system. That plus it being a new house to us, I didn’t know if it was even working 100%. Heard it have some strange noise last night and called them the next morning. Within a few hours someone was here and was super helpful to explain how it worked and replaced a leaking air purge thing.. Super happy with the service and I will be calling them in the spring to take a look at my split unit AC that sucks.

I called on Monday for hot water heater repair. I was told I was 5th on the list and would receive a call Tuesday afternoon. No call on Tuesday. Called back Wednesday morning to be told I was still 5th on the list and that “they must not have picked up any calls yesterday”. Poor communication, poor service. I called another organization and they were out within 3 hours with repairs complete. I would not recommend Pikes fir anything.

I have used Pike’s several times and always been extremely satisfied with their service. They call before they come, are knowledgeable and courteous and explain what they did when they are done.

I waited for over month just to be told I had to demo my shower before they would touch the plumbing. I called Randy’s Plumbing and they came over right away to do a free estimate and fixed the plumbing in a timely and professional manner. Pike charged me just to tell me they couldn’t do the job. Randy’s Plumbing is much more professional, timely, and friendly.

Excellent company replace my furnace and AC in one day found problems in my wiring before they left and was able to fix it that day now I truly know what cold AC is. Came in at an honest price very honest work very professional.
