Had my first experience using Fox plumbing today. They showed up exactly on time the technician covered my bathroom floor tile in order to protect it from any damage. I was quoted the cost to replace the broken flange for the toilet . Once I authorized the repair it was a done deal. No longer does the toilet rock or leak. When my wife came home she couldn’t even tell that someone even worked in the bathroom. Thank you Fox plumbing

They came to fix / replace shower faucets. Took about 2 weeks to receive parts but they didn’t order the tub spout, which they said they did. During the 2 weeks the hot water would not shut off from faucet. They came out to fix and forgot to shut off the main water line and flooded the entire bathroom and behind the shower wall. They left me with multiple drenched towels on the floor and never called back. Absolutely worst customer service. As a professional plumber HOW can you forget to shut down main water line. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Fox did a great job connecting my old house’s well water system to the City of Boynton Beach water. They responded and acted immediately, communicated with us every step of the way and coordinated the work with City employees. It’s hard to find reliable quality help around these parts but if I need a plumber I know I can rely on Fox Plumbing from here on. Highly recommended. Thank you.
