Here is their play – beware: -Take clients credit card info over phone -Outsource work to any available (1099, not pre-vetted) plumber via a dispatch system -Plumber runs up hours (by the way, $300 minimum for one hour) and then tells client they need to pay via Square terminal -Client calls Beacon Hill Plumbing to inquire about $139 charge on credit card at which point it is revealed that is for a “subscription service that offers a 10% discount per job”. As if anyone needs a plumbing subscription… -The company then tells the client they will happily refund their card Surprise surprise. They never refund your card hoping you move on and never notice. If you happen to call back a week or two later asking why you never received the refund, they’ll tell you it’s too late and the job was done. Only recourse that remains is to dispute the charge with your credit card company. Stay away. I can’t imagine they’ll be around much longer running this scheme.

Great work and excellent customer service. They installed a hot water heater and when I was having an issue due to the hard water supply they were able to resolve it quickly. Eric and his team go above and beyond to meet their customer’s needs.

Excellent work. I have used them for years for installation and maintenance of my water heater, heater and central AC with zero problems.
