After many visits from Rotorooter over the last couple years, Rich & Lynn root caused our issues to the fact that our house wasn’t built to code, and went the extra mile to offer to write a letter to our insurance company that the issue was fixed, and go on record if we wanted to sue the builder (in process). So they all went above beyond over the course of years.

Charged us a $100 fee to come up and pump our septic, only to tell us they need to charge us more and more to dig if they do it today or we find a schematic we don’t own. They called us! Never using them again! They should have asked more questions about our property before coming up!
