I saw Juan and another employee working and I stopped to inquire. They were friendly and positive about the possibility of future work with us. I called and the reception answered on the 1st ring and it was 5:23 pm! Wow. I had left messages with 3 other companies and never received a callback. ZACK(H) was communicative, professional, efficient and clean. Our issue was solved and he was happy to discuss upgrade options and willing to provide references for specific non plumbing work as well as plumbing work should we choose options in the future. Thank you so much for the effective, efficient solve. Make sure you choose Hill Country Plumbing on Industrial in Boerne not another company using the same name.

I couldn’t be more pleased with Hill Country Plumbing. We had a front yard leak and were leaving on vacation in days. They contacted me within minutes to say they had an opening in their schedule and would be at my place in 30 min. True to their word, they were there on time, worked efficiently, took time to explain what was necessary and what caused the problem, then fixed it. FAST. I definitely recommend them to anyone in the Boerne area who needs help.
