I had an absolute horrible experience with your company. The people come to the house and one of your staff members immediately tries to shift blame onto me to the house owner without any evidence. After it was snaked and they show me “evidence” that it more than before, they find the problem and without trying to think of a reason they immediately try to force me to pay a ridiculously large of money to get it fixed. After I said we wouldn’t pay it and we would go with someone else he had an attitude and showed his ego when he said I wouldn’t find anyone to fix it. It turned out to be the fault of the water company and I did noy have to pay a large amount of money to get it fixed. Your company was rude, obnoxious, and egotistical. I will never use your company and if anyone ever asks me about it, I will tell them my experience and say your company by name, so no one uses you. I am only giving you one star so I can post this but if I had the option, I would give you zero stars or even negative stars.

Workers saw object and told me and pull it out myself. And then they proceeded to give me a bill for $740. They told me that the drain was clear and it shouldn’t flood. The next day it rained the drain flooded and it rained again and the drain flooded. I called another drain company who is able to remove the object and only charge me $350. Truly disappointed in the experience and the workers.

Tech that came out was great, it was 4th of July and they were very pleasant and got the job done immediately. However, they also sent out someone to use a camera to inspect the pipe. Fine, and they noticed there was a crack in the pipe, and it will be a very serious repair. Again, fine. But then, on the 4th of July, in the middle of having to deal with a flooded basement, and holiday things, gives me a super hard sell about them repairing the pipe. I just say I will have my plumber look at it, the guy gets very rude asking who my plumber is, what is his number, and so on. He was incredibly rude about it, and would not stop asking me for information he did not need to know. Really left me wondering if I should ever call out Roto Rooter again, guy was harassing my in my own home, in the middle of a flood incident. Really terrible guy.

Update: Do not waste your time with the canned response that is sent after a negative review. After you take the time to email with the requested info you never hear back. Use a local company instead of over paying. BBB and consumer affairs is next. They were a franchise falsely advertising as the national company. This was never disclosed and they did not have the same warranty. Now the national company took the territory back. I would use someone else.. very dishonest practices.
