Roto-Rooter was a big help to us. They came out quickly, and performed the services as requested. They provided the most competitive pricing that we could find. Their customer service went above and beyond to help us in the process, even initiating a phone call to make sure we were pleased with the services. I plan to use them in the future for my plumbing needs.

If you want YouTube video plumbers then call this company. Their tecks come to your house reaking of weed, uniforms look like they were slept in and they don’t look into background of criminal behavior or conviction. They extort prices and older people. They are thieves and liars. Would you let a predator in your home ? We did a survey test. 4 separate homes exact plumbing request same material same issues same types of homes..Got 4 different so called plumbing tech, each gave different prices, all way over the standards..in conversation with one tech, the owner pushes them to meet a standard line of billing and if they do then they get 25 percent of the job if not they make 15.00 an hour. So if you want a predator company in your home use this one. It will meet all your standards of being a wolfs prey

Extremely expensive, a complete rip-off!!!!!! 355 dollars to cap a pipe that was already exposed, no digging, scooped out 6 cups water and put a cap on. I will never call them again!!!!!

Nathan was the plumber and was very professional and thoughtful. Repairs were made on both toilets and everything was left in neat condition. Service was excellent.

We had a leak in the wall. Brad responded and found the source and stopped it. Joe and Matt showed up soon later and began to remove the drywall and flooring. All three followed up with mitigation of the original leak and the remainder of water damage. 4 days later and all was left for insurance to fix the walls and floors.

Update: Dear owner, 12327 FM 2305 is effectively W. Adams, and it extends all the way to Temple Lake Park. There is a Roto-Rooter facility between Trey’s Auto Collision and Triple Crown Glass. I will get a picture and post it here. My review encompasses the uncongenial interaction with your company representative. Interaction is a requirement for a Google review; contracting for services is not. Interaction occurred when a driver in a clearly marked Roto-Rooter vehicle engaged me in front of your facility. I will not be “extracting” my review, as it is protected under Texas Anti-SLAPP legislation, as adheres to the decorum and intent of the Google review process. “Interaction has been poor.” The aforementioned statement is a kinder, more polite, expression than the middle finger I received from them at/near the shop on W. Adams. The take-away is this… Perhaps expressing strong opinions while in company livery, will garner unwanted attention.

They refuse to give you the hourly fee. They want to charge a trip fee of $75 and say it could be a flat fee or hourly fee but can’t tell you what it is.
