Lewis and Carl from DoubleRsPlumbing were very knowledgeable and professional in their approach explaining what I need to do to replace the under sink garbage disposal. They did their analysis, determined that it needed to be replaced, worked with my warranty company and got it all installed and done in less than 30 mins. They had the right tools to do their job and even cleaned up after their work. I would highly recommend working with these two individuals for your needs.

I had them come out to hydrojet my drain lines. After 2 years of plumbing issues in this house we bought I thought maybe this would work. Boy am I glad I called them. It did take 2 days, different size equipment and the owner of the company to come on day 2 but I think they were actually able to clear a couple difficult clog that no other plumber was able to clear! I am still keeping an eye on things but just the sound of the water going down the drains sounds different now. Joe, Cody and Patrick put in the effort and I am so grateful. This is my new plumber! Update 4/12/24 Another hydrojet to clean our our problem laundry room. A big thanks to Joe and Lewis for getting everything flowing again, see you next year for our annual maintenance! Excellent service.

Don’t claim to be open 24/7 if it’s not true, and don’t answer the phone asleep. Call back when you wake up. Just called and Christina was half asleep. I asked her how much it cost to install a water heater and she kept saying she wanted to send someone out and charge $325 to look. I said I do not need a diagnosis just an estimated price on a 50 gal water heater installation, she did not understand my question. Maybe because she was sleeping.

My home warranty company assigned a water heater/plumbing issue to them. They assessed the issue but never came out to repair the issue. Despite the authorization already been given. Sadly, the family was without hot water and adequate water use for over a week all due to the office manager Amanda, not relaying any information that payment was due upfront before any work would be done. Sadly, the office manager Amanda does not communicate well and tries to sabotage the administrative side of their work. It seems like the workmanship is OK..so far so good, but if you have to use this company, you must stay on top of the office managers because they will try to send your accounts to collection or put liens on your property while it’s still in the process of being mitigated with your home warranty company for payment.

Look no further for your plumbing needs. Lewis and Parker are professional, personable, knowledgeable, expedient and beyond thorough. The work they did was to perfection and they explained everything so that we understood. They both went above and beyond their jobs. This company has fair pricing and the ladies in the office are exceptionally professional and friendly as well. As for our family, we will look no further for our plumbing needs. This was a wonderful experience for a scary situation. Thank you Rooterman staff for our peace of mind. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
