Pro Drain is my new go-to for drain issues! Over the weekend, we discovered a clogged kitchen sink. Think piles of dishes soaking and no way to clean or run dishwasher. I called Monday morning a few minutes after 8 am, and by 10:05 am, Austin had the drain clear. I joked that I should have him clean every drain. He said that wasn’t a good use of my money and he wasn’t going to try to up-sale anything. Fantastic honest company.

We called Pro Drain last week with a problem that other people were having trouble solving. Everyone that came out from Pro Drain was kind and knowledgable. They eventually came up with a creative solution to solve a tricky problem. I appreciated their perseverance and concern for our house. I would 100% recommend them and use them again.

Wow, these folks are awesome. I’d been dealing with a problem of my kitchen sink backing up into laundry sink. The gentleman who arrived was professional, prompt, took care of the issue, (on very old, funky plumbing, I might add.) Cleaned up after. They were able to fit in me today. And they were half the cost I was quoted for a 3 day out appt. with another company. They came recommended by a plumber we know, and I’m so glad we called them. 100 percent recommend.

Very thankful for Kyle! We had a blockage in our main line and Kyle went above and beyond to help us out and get things back to normal. Plumbing issues can be so stressful and expensive, but Kyle was really responsive, prompt to the appointment time, and did a thorough job and even came in slightly below the quoted amount.
