We’ve been using Aloha Backflow for 6 years now and they come out, get the backflow tested and then we get an emailed invoice that we call and pay and they submit our test to the city. They are friendly and efficient, I recommend them to anyone who needs a backflow test done annually because they are great.

Bill did the annual backflow testing at my home and was extremely professional, and punctual. He walked me through the fire sprinkler system in detail while performing the inspection, and also took time to explain what to do in case of fire emergencies.

He was the least expensive option and did exactly as promised. I received the test results in the mail. I only wish I could have scheduled online but it was no issue calling.

When I moved into my present home, I found the business card All Seasons & Aloha Backflow in my irrigation shut off box. I called them today for a backflow test. They have scheduled me for next week and say the test results are transmitted to Beaverton electronically in time to make the deadline. They’ve promised to put me on their annual schedule and contact me next year to confirm test date. I appreciate the friendly communication, we’ll see if all goes according to plan. The fee is very reasonable with convenient payment options. I hope I remember to update this review after the service is performed and payment complete.

They used to be our regular backflow test company and now no response to multiple VMs or their website. We were late completing our test because of their lack of response
