Maxwell what a great employee. Knowledgeable, professional, polite. He didn’t call it fixed until he was satisfied with the results, which exceeded my expectations (once the water started draining I was like “all fixed” Maxwell replied with “it could be better” and continued to work) and cleaned up completely afterwards and in top of that had nothing but high praises for the people he works for. Kids a diamond in the rough, he definitely should be rewarded.

Thank you for your professional and prompt service. Office lady was quick to respond to my google message and provide a same day inspection. Maxwell the technician was very attentive to my plumbing needs and offer professional suggestions for maintenance of my spigot after fixing the pipes and installing new spigot. Pricing was decent in comparison to other companies. Knowledgeable and very respectful in my home (he used little booties over his shoes while in my home) and I feel confident I will call on Honey Go Fix It in the future.

Have had 10 different plumbers out through the years and Max was the only one to actually scope it with out with a camera and showed me what’s down in the drain. Nicest and most respectful plumber that I’ve met. 1000/10

I have had 3 problems since March 2024 – Water heater stopped heating, kitchen drain plugged, and a water leak in a wall. HGFI has responded and provided excelle3nt service for each problem in a very timely manner.

We were remodeling a mid-century ranch and called HGFI to look at the plumbing. We wanted a few water lines moved as we updated faucets and fixtures. HGFI came out within 2 days, gave an estimate and scheduled work for 2 days later. The office workers were very friendly, and when we encountered a tile/moisture issue, they rescheduled the work for a few days later. They came out on time and did a magnificent job. I had more work to do, so they capped everything and will be coming out to install the fixtures as soon as we are finished with some tile work. I would highly recommend this company!
