We had the sewer line flushed out. It was stopped up. The guy that came out was very nice and professional. Did I say they were cheaper then others……. I will use them again…

Wonderful customer service. I am a Regional Property Manager. I have a large job that i need a bid for. Premium was not able to take my job, but they were very helpful, polite, and professional and referred me to another company that handles larger commercial jobs. I genuinely appreciate the care and professionalism and will call premium again if ever we need a servicing.

They fixed my issue within an hour. Happy to have hot water again. They’re upfront about their prices and have good communication. Pleasant and attentive on the phone. Didn’t give me the run around. I will call them again should I need a plumber.

During our ice storm , I had no hot water. I called to get on the schedule to have someone come out to check my water heater. The lady on the phone was extremely nice, I’m sure she’d had a lot of unhappy calls with broken pipes. When the tech came out he discovered that, yes, my water heater did need to be replaced. After all work was complete still no hot water but the tech was determined to make sure I had hot water. His determination found the problem. I was very pleased and now have hot water.

My experience wasn’t so good. After I called on a Wednesday and I was put on the schedule for Friday but didn’t showed up or even call to reschedule or confirm other appointment.
