Had a shower replaced that took a reasonable amount of time. One of the workers, though, would stare at my wife if she was anywhere nearby, which was disconcerting. They got upset when we asked them to put back a vital piece of insulation several feet in size between the shower basin and garage water heater. Tried to get us to do it ourselves first, then finally put it themselves. Also left the shower drain pipe jagged and sticking ABOVE the level or the shower drain, meaning the drain rocks or sides off if touched! To top it all off, they basically demanded payment the moment they were “done,” not even offering an invoice or caring that the checkbook wasn’t available (never mentioned payment would have to be immediate). Also simply wouldn’t give a detailed cost estimate for the insurance claim.

These guys know their stuff. I had a broken pipe below my slab foundation. They were able to do this job at the least disruption and expense to me for this big job. Ethical! Honest! Expert!! Need I say more?!?

Extremely unreliable, no point in missing work for a plumber that won’t show.. The first time, they came to fix the leaky guest room toilet. We paid them, but the toilet still leaked and we had to turn off the water to that toilet. They did not show up for the next appointment. We rescheduled, again they didn’t show. Their answering machine said they had a family emergency. We called again and explained that the toilet had been turned off for two weeks. They finally fixed it. A year later we naively gave them a second chance. They called and rescheduled for the next day, Then never showed up or bothered to call.

I had a frozen busted waterline so I called C&M Plumbing. Their response time was excellent and they were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues you might have…..10 stars

I had a sink drain leaking under the floor in a crawl space. The pipe was corroded metal which was routed under a slab for an adjacent room so I anticipated the possibility of having to jack hammer a floor for repairs. They came out when promised to look at the problem and figured out an alternate method of rerouting into another drain around the corner. They scheduled a repair time and showed up early with materials. The completed repair was done by two plumbers in two hours. Their creative solution made for a much easier and less costly repair. Cost was reasonable for the work and provided with courtesy. They are on my call back list.

Tech lies, said they closed at noon on Friday. Rude. Did not properly finish the job first or second time being called out.

They did quality work in a short time, but they charged me a different price than what they quoted me for a 10 minute job. They also didn’t have the parts for the repair even though they knew in advance what they needed to repair, so they left for 30 minutes to buy the product from Lowes.
