Head’s Plumbing did a great job. They had a multitude of pre-existing problems in a renovation and dealt with each one successfully. I am thrilled with all 3 of my bathrooms! Highly recommend!

We had Byron came in to fix plumbing issues at our place. Bryon was transparent about issue and estimation before performing the job. We are satisfied with the quality of work Bryon and his partner did. I also found Heads Plumbing scheduling super simple along with the friendly reminders. I would highly recommend heads plumbing

Dealing with Head’s started out okay and then went suddenly went downhill fast. While repairing sewer line they hit the water line. They repaired it but in hooking it up they did so to the wrong line. When they turned the water back on it ran inside the house and flooded the downstairs area. They initially did the right thing and took ownership. They didn’t have anything to get water up with so my wet vac was used . They called out the restoration company to place dryers in the home, etc. . Called their insurance company and reported the incident. Mr. Head specifically told the restoration company that I did not need to sign anything and everything should go through his insurance company. A couple days later their insurance company called me (Federated) and said Heads denied any wrongdoing. Lies lies lies! Mind you I was charged $4,000 for this job after a discount was applied from signing up for a plan they offered. I had to call my insurance company to restore the house back to where it should be. This occurred in November. Home is finally near completion and when water was turned back on downstairs (5/27) more stuff came up into new bathtub. Called Heads back to look at it and again they will not do ANYTHING to fix the issue, only want to start another job for $10,000 which would entail tearing up new driveway…another 5k. Also was very rude, smart mouth and being snarky the entire time. This was MY experience. Buyer beware is all I can say!!!
