We had Blue Planet install new plumbing in a bathroom remodel- toilet, sink, tub, and washer in another room. This involved digging a new sewer line in our tiny crawlspace. We were very picky customers and changed our minds several times about what we wanted done. George and his team didn’t blink an eye with our changes and questions. They communicated very quickly and thoroughly, were very friendly and did outstanding work as well. Very clean and professional on the site. Very accommodating of our many animals. George spent a lot of extra time answering my many questions and they even fixed an unrelated small leak we discovered while they were there. Probably not the cheapest estimate you will find, but worth the money. I would recommend them to anyone.

Sam & Dominic were great & so far my plumbing clog has been resolved. Was a little impatient with the you will talk to a human aspect- multiple humans obtaining the same info previously presented each time. Some discrepancy in when arrival time windows but resolved with calls

“Blue Planet” is recommend by Navien the company that makes these condensing water heaters. Pablo came to help with a problem I was dealing with concerning the heaters. Through much talk it was my decision to replace the water heaters. The heaters would be installed by another technician however Pablo would return and make sure everything was installed correctly and it was all working properly as he had directed the technician (Logan) to do. Logan was excellent as welli, all the pipes on the outside of the tank were installed with care. The finished product looked like a piece of art with all the piping lined up nicely. I have been using Blue Planet since 2019 and will continue using this company. I also appreciated talking to George, who is the head of this company. Very kind and wants his customers happy, he also listens and he worked with me so I was confident everything was done right. Yes, I would recommend this company and the workers I have named above.

Blue Planet Plumbing did a great job. They were able to diagnose and replace our water heater the same day, which was fantastic. The pricing was higher than expected, but they seemed to have done very good work, and they were very easy to work with.
