Jeffrey from Arlington was an amazing technician who serviced my home last week. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We had just moved into our home the day prior when one of the toilets became clogged. Baker Brothers was able to send a technician out quickly who plunged it, but a drain specialist was needed. Jeffrey was the drain specialist who was able to come the same day as well. He was able to remove the toilet and found toys that were flushed by someone who lived here before us. He was very respectful of our home, and kept everything clean around him as he completed the job. Jeff was patient to ensure the problem was completely fixed and made sure I was well aware of exactly what caused the problem. I would not hesitate to call Baker Brothers again if needed and request Jeffrey in Arlington. Jeffrey will not only take of the issue, but also provide top tier customer service as well. Thank you, Jeffrey!

I had an evaluation of the electrical functions of a recent home purchase. We were fortunate to have Reece Hickson, a Journeyman Electrician, sent to our home. Reece was extremely knowledgeable in explaining many details about my home which I would not have known otherwise. He gave us an extensive quote with pictures and options. I highly recommend Baker Brothers, and found Reese very kind, helpful and competent.

We could not be happier with the service from Baker’s Bros. Especially today. Anthony Ladd, service technician, did an amazing job repairing gas leaks around our property, which took much longer than expected with complete efficiency and expertise. He made sure all our issues were in working order before leaving our home. He was friendly and professional. He deserves a lot for his excellent customer service.

We were notified by the City that nearly 17gallons of water were being used every hour for days! After calling out Baker Brothers Arlington, they came out the next day and were able to quickly find the leaks. Our team (led by Derek) worked meticulously for days to ensure that everything was perfect. We will definitely continue to use them in the future!

They would not guarantee me a time to be out to the house. I’ve been waiting since 11am for them to call me and they not once called the tech or inquired about where I was in the line up. Now the tech is running behind and I’m out of time. Very poor communication.
