First time customer and very happy with their service. I called them at 7am and Tom was here an hour later. He arrived earlier than what I was told but very happy they came early as I was concerned with the leak. Tom gave me a 20 minute heads up phone call. That was much appreciated. Tom did a great job and was very thorough in explaining the situation and answered all my questions. I knew nothing about water heaters before today but thanks to Tom I have a better understanding and I truly appreciate his willingness to teach me a general knowledge of things. The water pressure regulator and TPR valve were replaced. The job was finished faster than expected and under the rough estimate. I recommend Tom and Hitt Plumbing.

We set up an appointment. Explained in detail what needed to be addressed. Prior to the scheduled date we called and canceled a few repairs to be done. The technician arrived and added a couple upgrades to the list of repairs without prior approval. The bill came and was surprised to see that the cost of the repair and un-authorized repairs was around the original estimate. We tried to obtain an itemized list of repairs and have yet to receive one. We will not use this company again. I do not recommend this company.

3 times we have had them come and fix issues with our plumbing and everytime it has been outstanding, fast, friendly, professional, great work. I will always recommend this company. (Mobile fabricated double wide trailer home.) They know what they are doing. They dont waste time. Thank you for all your help.

Robert Maison of Hitt plumbing came out and got the drain unclogged, he also changed the wax ring on a toilet bowl, he offered no warranty for the drain clean unlike other companies but the worse part is that instead of using 1 of the many trash cans or even the dumpster on the property he decided to throw the old wax ring on the side of my yard, in which my dog stepped in it, now I have to bath my dog and clean up the mess, very unprofessional and definitely will never use Hitt plumbing for anything
