Driver was awesome! He went above an beyond when he could have just taken the easy way. He dug up and cleaned the filter fixing the last service’s mistake. He even did his best to restore the gravel so you couldn’t tell it was just dug up. Thank you!

We used Cooper’s Sewer and Drain to have the septic tank pumped. Brandon was the serviceman who did the job and he was great. He showed up and drove straight over to the tank’s location and got right to work finding the tank. Brandon was knowledgeable and professional. What a great company. First, Chad, my technician showed up early for our appointment. That never happens in service businesses these days, it did with them. He did a thorough job of cleaning out our septic system and filter, was polite, personable, overall what a great experience we had. I highly recommend Coopers.
