Fantastic service! The expansion tank on my hot water heater sprung a leak and they came out right away (after hours) and replaced it in no time. Extremely quick, and very friendly service. I will definitely use them again for all future plumbing needs.

Found to have a sewer line leak during home inspection with a sale pending. As the seller, needed the work done quickly…but wanted to insure that it was done to the highest standards for the new owner. Peter was amazing. Took care of every detail and did a great job. Kept us informed along the way, explained the problem and encouraged us to take pics as needed. Highly recommend.

I called for septic pumping and a question about a smell coming through my basement. Unfortunately they weren’t able to pump, but their tech answered my question right over the phone. I really appreciate business like this, try the simple free solution before coming out and charging for simple fixes. If I ever have plumbing issues, I know who to call! Very friendly team 😁

I called Peter Poli of Burr Oak Plumbing 3/11/24 to see if he could help me with a terrible odor problem and my toilet and shower gurgling and splashing. He asked me a few diagnostic questions over the phone and voila! Diagnosis was the power went out on my lift station (next to the septic), so effluent from the house had no place to go and had been building up for weeks! Found out the GFCI had tripped so I replaced with a non-GFCI outlet which I had had for 30+ years with no problem… until I recently replaced the pump and had re-configured the outlet with a GFCI. Problem solved over the phone… no more odor, no more gurgling and splashing. Thanks, Pete!

Had an issue with my toilet and couldn’t get my usual plumber out for 5 days – called Pete and he came right out. Fixed the issue and noticed one of my sub pumps was not working so came back the next day to replace that. Very personable and efficient! Highly recommend.
