Wasted almost 2 weeks with this guy. He made a promise to show up for work and then never showed. Never emailed never called never texted then later when I asked about it he said he got held up on another job. He said he could reschedule and would contact me. Never did, then I asked about that and he said he was busy again. At that point I gave up 10 days had past since I first contacted him. His communication skills are locking I can’t say anything about his work because I never was able to get him to work.

I called early in the morning and he said he was doing paperwork and he will call me back in 30 minutes and he never called me back and because of that it took me from looking for another plumber right away

He has many years of experience and always explains the problem and the solution. When we have a plumbing issue A.W. Kelley is the plumber we always call, because he is always respectful and reasonable, and does a great job!

Same day service to clear a backed up sewer line. Difficult access to the line, but was quickly cleared. I will definitely call them again!

Very professional fast and thurough got it done with out inconveniencingy family. Having a disabled kid its hard to have someone do work at our home and they are very understanding. Highly recommend 👌
