Esteban came out to fix my slow draining bath tub. Very professional, friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Also their front desk Laura was very helpful with helping me set up an appointment. Would definitely use them again for any other plumbing needs.

AVOID this plumbing company! I had a leak in bathtub drain that was as possibly leaking into the downstairs condo. I called my home owners warranty and they sent a guy from liquid plumbing to investigate. I say “guy” because I don’t even know if he was actually a licensed plumber, based on his troubleshooting skills. So he came in and found my bathtub drain loose, which I told him about. He attempted to remove it but couldn’t because the threads apparently were stripped. He left outside several times making phone calls, I assume to his supervisor to get advise. Red flag #1. After about 20-30 minutes of phone calls, he came back in and said he would need to get access to the drain from the ceiling of the neighbor below. I was like “what, why can’t you access through the adjacent wall in my bedroom?”. He looked at the wall in my bedroom and said he could not get access there because there would be a piece of wood that blocks access. Then, he got another phone call and said had to leave to go to another job. Basically left me hanging. Needless to say, the warranty company said they would not cover access from another persons property. I ended up calling my own plumber, who wasn’t available until Monday (3 days later). When he came , he immediately gained access through my bedroom wall from an access door that was already there, and completed the repair in less than 2 hrs! All I can say about this company Liquid Plunbing is WOW!

Liquid Plumbing falsified documentation with home warranty company to cover their tracks and did not do the job they were called out to do. I’ve had two different technicians at my house, both were rude and condescending. Their plumbers lack basic knowledge of plumbing systems, contradict their own statements to cover up for their inadequate training. So much emphasis put into paying for ad space to get business rather than just running a solid local community business based on a good reputation. Don’t waste your time – look elsewhere.

We want to give kudos to Luis Campos who came out and did a major reroute in our kitchen, to fix a slab leak at our house. Luis was professional, hard-working, positive, and thorough – making sure he tested everything to figure out the problem and fix it. In addition, he left his cell phone number in case we had any follow-up questions. We are so grateful for his help! Excellent service! Thank you!
