My village highly recommended them and I couldn’t agree more from my first phone call to Brian, he was very professional and friendly he helped me with the steps to take to get the sewer repair done, the day of the work, Brian and his team arrived on schedule and on time and proceeded to get everything setup properly from protecting everything that needed to be to the street lane closure and traffic control, to the placement of all the heavy equipment needed to do the work. Brian took care of calling the village inspector and going over how they were going to repair the sewer, Brian and his team were amazing, everything went as planned, I could tell everyone working knew what they were doing and took pride in doing it correctly, I couldn’t be happier with the work and how friendly and professional the entire crew was. The work was completed and everything cleaned up.

McGuire and Son’s were very professional. We had them place a cleanout and fix a broken pipe. They placed plywood down over the grass where they were working and it saved our yard! Everything was explained in great detail during the entire process. We were able to see the issues on the camera and also showed us a “rootball” that was blocking the pipe 60 ft out from our house. Everyone of the men were extremely polite, professional, and we would highly recommend them!!!!

McGuire & Sons was recommended by another plumbing contractor who sub-contracts them for this kind of work. Brian came the same day I contacted him, to do a free estimate for the job. He looked over the area carefully, explained all they were planning to do and later that day quoted me a very good price. He walked me through the permitting process for my village. They were onsite less than a week later. Brian brought everyone with him and headed the job himself–no bait-and-switch. They came out when they said they would, had all the equipment and materials they needed, stuck to their estimate, were careful with the property, and brought enough help to finish quickly and expertly. Between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m., they dug up and replaced 120 feet of ancient Orangeburg line with compliant pipe, graded the property where they were working, allowing enough mound for proper settling, and cleaned everything up nicely.

Brian and his team are amazing. We have had plumbing issues for the past three years and had several plumbers out to fix the issue, only to continue experiencing recurring problems. I received Brian’s contact from a family member. He responded to our message right away and was out to take a look the next day. In less than a week, Brian and his team fixed the problem in only a few hours. They are very professional and were the first to educate us on maintenance recommendations. We can’t thank them enough!

Family owned and operated, the brothers were quick, on time and delivered. If you want a personal service, talk to them, everybody else are third party companies and don’t have same level of services

If you ever find yourself in an emergency situation (or any water situation for that matter) at your house whereby water is continuously flowing into either your yard or basement because your water service line has ruptured 5 feet below ground, save yourself time and call McGuire & Sons immediately. I was in the most stressful situation I’ve ever been in as a homeowner and simply put, McGuire & Sons not only eased my anxiety but did the replacement in a timely manner and completed the job in way that left me knowing I would never have to address it again in my lifetime. My water service line ruptured somewhere beneath my house and water was constantly flowing into my basement. We could not stop it since the buffalo box in my yard was 50+ years old and the key didn’t work. I called several contractors and when Brendan McGuire came, I knew I was in good hands. He was professional, explained things to me in a way that a common homeowner could understand and provided an extremely fair quote. I was amazed at the coordination that was required for this job and to be able to replace the entire water service line within a week of when I called was nothing short of a miracle. I highly recommend McGuire & Sons for all water related projects.

We recently worked with McGuire and Sons on the recommendation of a neighbor to repair our residential sewer main. Brendan and crew came out to our home very promptly, spending nearly 4 hours diagnosing the exact problem (and rodding out years worth of tree roots left by home seller). They kept me involved in the process, showing me real-time video footage of our sewer during diagnosis. The next day, their crew came and excavated ~20 ft of sewer main leaving our home, installing a very well placed cleanout for future maintenance. The sewer now flows beautifully (of course I had to go ahead and peak into the cleanout to watch the final product!). Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Totally satisfied with their craftsmanship!!

Four days before Thanksgiving, our plumber discovered incidentally that our sewer main had sheared at the foundation of our house. It was a disaster waiting soon to happen. Brian was highly recommended by a friend. His brother, Brendan, came out later that same day to assess the problem and the crew was there the following morning to fix it. We have artificial turf in our backyard where they needed to work and I was very worried that it would get damaged during the excavation. They took the utmost care with everything and when they were finished, you couldn’t tell they had been there. I cannot say enough about their thoroughness and professionalism. I would use them again and recommend them without the slightest hesitation. They are truly masters of their craft.
