Its a long over due review. But if I can give them negative rating, I will. These guys will go to any extent to rip you off. First of all they charge me $350 to diagnose a problem which I was already aware off and told their staff over the phone. I had water leaking from toilet causing hard wood flooring to warp. Turned out wood flooring contractor installed toilet incorrectly. My flooring contractor used 2 wax seal instead of using a flange extender and I was not aware of this. I called them to give me a quote to raise the flange and reset toilet. These guys come out and gave an estimate of $3263. Their solution was to dig a hole through concrete, remove existing pipe then install a new pipe to raise it by 1” and pour concrete back. I hired another plumber who went to Home Depot purchased a flange kit which raised it by 1” and reset toilet. I paid $170 for the job.

My experience with AugerPros plumbers began a week ago when I encountered a significant plumbing issue in the bathroom. A worker from AuergrPors arrived, but unfortunately, the initial service was not up to par. The workers’ professionalism needed to be improved, and the demand for payment required more reasonableness. However, the situation took a positive turn the next day when I spoke with the company manager, Jerry Schader, who provided exceptional service. Upon my complaint, Jerry took immediate action. He assured me that a new worker would be sent to assess the situation at no additional cost. True to his word, Kory Sullivan, the new employee, arrived. His professionalism, politeness, patience, and knowledge were exemplary. I received an estimate and, without hesitation, hired the company for the job. Additionally, Jerry showed interest throughout the process regarding the work and the offer. As promised, I also received a discount. Jerry is an excellent manager with outstanding public relations skills, empathy, and humaneness. The bottom line is that I highly recommend this company and would like to thank Kory Sullivan and Jerry for their care and dedication.

Brian from Auger Pros plumbing was upfront about the problems he saw including telling me what didn’t need an immediate fix. He did the main job well and gave me a straightforward estimate because starting the job. He was punctual, respectful, and finished in reasonable time. Highly recommended.

This review is based on the initial consultation visit by Brian. I have a hot water line leak under my house slab. Put a call in and talked with Kaitlin, nice gal, and make an appt 2 days later between 8:30 – 10:30. By 10:10am I put a call into their office because their technician hasn’t contacted me that he is on their way. Receptionist checked and said Brian is finishing up a job and will be heading over to me after that. Which is fine since I’ve contacted their office and he is running late, but would be nice if it was before 10:30, thing happened. I explained everything to Brian what I knew about water sound from the water heater, laundry room n wet carpet in a bedroom, then he started to go check the water meter, water heater and wet carpet room, the outside wall by the heater and confirmed the general area of the water pipe leak. Then he came up with the cost of repair and explained the estimate in detail. He answer all my questions. Now it’s up to us to check with our insurance company and foundation company if we need to do any foundation work during the pipe repair. I think it worth $29 for Brian to come out and do a consultation. Good job, Brian!

brendon came out and did a great job replacing 2 outside leaky faucets. he explained costs and any additional work that may raise the fees and lets me know ahead of time before he starts the wok. he was on time and i liked that they sent his bio and pic in text ahead of time so i would know who is servicing for safety sake. he was fast and knowledgeable. this company charged a fair price and i would use their service again. highly recommend.
