Owen was awesome! He managed to stop by a few hours after we called and was able to fix the problem quickly. Also, even though he was only called for a leak, he was very diligent and did a thorough check of the entire house as we listed our concerns. He did a great job identifying the underlying issues and explaining everything to us clearly. Very patient and professional service.

We had Owen come out and help us with a variety of plumbing issues including issues with the hot water in our sink, a hose bib replacement, and pressure reducing regulator valve. All issues have been resolved.

My garbage disposal suddenly froze up, made a huge grinding noise, and stopped working. I was able to set up a next day appointment with The Pipe Doctor. My plumber, Owen, was extremely capable. and resourceful. He spent a lot of time removing items (as assortment of coins!) from the disposal, and managed to get it going again. To my relief, I don’t need to replace the unit. Thank you, Owen, and thanks as well to the nice lady who answers the phone at the The Pipe Doctor. You were very kind and reassuring.

I have been using The Pipe Doctor for 6+ years for any of my plumbing needs. Their work has ranged anywhere from fixing clogged drains, all the way to replacing the burst main water line under the concrete slab of my house. Owen and his colleague’s work is always first class.
