We have had a wonderful experience with this company. We needed a major overhaul to replace the flooring throughout the house, replace all the cabinets in the kitchen and add granite countertops. Everyone was excellent to work with. Paul helped us stay within our budget and made sure each step was progressing as it should. Kevin coordinated workers and made many checks in person to insure the work was going as planned. Adam was quick and efficient when installing the cabinets. Isaiah and his boss did a beautiful job on the flooring. Nick remodeled the whole master bathroom shower with gorgeous tile. And Sanjay, he can fix anything!! I hope I didn’t forget anyone. The workmanship and materials were high quality and the timelines were much better than anyone else we contacted. We are very happy with our “new” home!

After having a horrible experience with Lowe’s to have our kitchen cabinets done, we contracted with Burns Flooring & Kitchen to have our countertops installed. We ended up using Burns for the remainder .of our kitchen renovation to correct the problems our previous contractor, Kraftmaid cabinets and Lowe’s had caused. We now have the kitchen we invisioned thanks to Burns Flooring. Paul Whiting from start to finish was amazing and addressed all our concerns. Everyone they sent to work on our kitchen were professional and exceptional. Thank you Burns Flooring, Derek, Paul, Kevin, Sanjay, and everyone else involved. The funny thing is, when the island was installed, my wife expressed her disappointment and asked Derek if his wife would be happy with it in her kitchen. He said absolutely. Then he said to us “you people are unreasonable” and stormed out.

We hired Burns in May 2018 with an agreement that they would finish in July of 2018. By November, we were still struggling with them to get things finished or corrected. Derek Burns the owner, stood in our kitchen and angrily told us that we were unreasonable people. Now 4 years later, my bathroom vanity has fallen. A different contractor has just come to fix it on a Sunday. He determined that no screws or any type of anchor was put in. They had it being held up by caulk and silicone. We’ve had so many other issues but haven’t filed complaints because Derek refused to take our final payment of $1000 so that we would not be paid in full. Therefore no warranties or guarantees.

We came to Burns after a nightmare experience with another local granite company. Paul was great and gave us exactly what we wanted. Quicker turnaround than others. Very happy with installers.

Paid for professional bathroom remodel, frustration due to the poor communication throughout the job. They know all the excuses, make sure you put a time is of the essence clause in your contract, try to be complete, pricing changes handled poorly. Good luck.

Was so excited to get out countertops and backsplash done. Was told 3 weeks and they were pretty close to that time frame! They did a very professional job, pricing was fair and comparable to competitors. I really wanted to work with someone local and respected instead of just any contractor that you can get from the stores. They communicated very well and took there time to meet all our needs! I would highly recommend Burns!

I was in a hurry to to get a kitchen sink installed in time for video to be made to put my house up for sell when I found out my replacement sink would not fit. They worked me in very quick to cut my granite. Burns even called the next day to make sure it fit.

If you want to pay way too much for poor quality then this is a great option I was told that this meets industry standards and they will not fix it. The staff there are really sketchy and dishonest. I paid twice as much as the lowest bidder to not have these quality issues. You live and learn I guess.
