We hired Samuel to install tile in our new construction home. What we got was one of his helpers who spoke very little English. I met him the first day to go over tile placement, grout and schluter trim. I told him I wanted white schluter. When we returned several days later it was aluminum/silver in color and installed in two of the bathrooms. We immediately called Samuel to report the error and we were initially told we could paint it. Not an option in brand new construction. The next day we returned and one small area was removed – it looked horrible and fearing that it may not ever look good I reluctantly told them to leave it. After a sleepless night I decided I couldn’t live with something that was not what I asked for so told Samuel we would need it changed to the white we requested. We were told it was a “he said/she said” and we may need to pay extra to have it corrected. Samuel then wanted full payment prior to fixing the problem when we withheld a small amount he basically told us to get lost.

We were very discouraged with our remodeling project. We visited the big box stores and other specialty tile stores but felt overwhelmed and couldn’t find good direction from other associates, then we met Samuel. He was tactful and creative. His suggestions tied all of our decor perfectly. He is efficient and worked as scheduled with great results. Not planning any new projects anytime soon, but when we do, we will definitely look for and work with Samuel again!!

Delighted with our new bathroom. The service we received was excellent and Samuel’s knowledge and eye ensured our tiles matched perfectly with the rest of our decor. He was of great help on choosing the right design and color scheme. The store has a great selection and delivery was timely. Definitely recommend.

Had been looking for some vinyl flooring for our finished basement for months. I had a lot of questions and many other places we have looked either brushed my questions to the side or simply weren’t very knowledgeable. Samuel took the time to answer my questions and explain the difference in the floorings and made me confident we picked a product that fit our many needs. This is the way business should be done. I would highly recommend this business to anyone doing a home remodeling project.
