We are super pleased with our new kitchen and bathroom floors! In particular, Laras in the shop was patient and helpful in helping us find what we wanted and generous in allowing us to bring home so many samples. DeeDee and Cindy also were so helpful. Greg, the owner, who came to our house to do measurements was knowledgeable and patient, too, and super nice. The best part was Dan, the installer, who was extraordinarily skilled, efficient, tidy, and meticulous. Wow! I wish I could hire him to do all our home improvements and repairs. When it comes time for more floor work on our home, we will be hiring The Floor Shop again!

We just had The Floor Shop redo our entire bathroom (tile shower and floor!) and I am blown away! It looks absolutely fantastic! Dan & his partner were extremely professional and top notch. I was also amazed at how clean and orderly they kept everything as they worked. Greg was awesome to work with as well and maintained an open line of communication throughout the entire process. We are so pleased. Thank you all!

We contracted with The Floor Shop of Winchester to replace flooring at the Grace Anglican Church in White Post, Virginia. The owner visited the church to take measurements and confirm scope, and returned a second time when funds allowed us to increase the scope. The installer removed the old flooring, prepared the floor very well for the new flooring, and kept us informed throughout the install. The results are fantastic A home run!

We had an excellent experience with the Floor Shop of Winchester. Front end staff were helpful and had great follow-through in terms of addressing any questions that arose during the process. Greg was also top-notch, demo was completed promptly and then the new install was smooth with no issues. Gorgeous finished project! Highly recommend.

Starting from the in store sales reception to the installation process – we had an excellent experience. The follow up on some finishing touches was also addressed promptly. Find another floor shop that will treat you with respect! HORRIBLE customer service! I hate that we had to use them due to our contract with our builder! During our build for some reason the baseboards were put down before the floor and now we have gaps in every single room where you can see the subfloor. Some rooms are worse than others!!! Looks horrible!!!! Edit: You were given a chance several times. We went back and forth through contractor, phone and email! You are a horrible company!!

The Floor Shop installed carpet and tile in my house and did a wonderful job. Everyone involved were professional and courtious. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
