Liked being able to look at what I’m buying. The big boxes have 300 available and you can look at 10 of them in person. A little pricey, not horrible, good service.

The manager, Jon Frambes, is very accommodating and a great personality. He’s been doing this for a long time and you can tell he knows his stuff. He cares a lot about the quality of his products and always puts his customers first. Jon would constantly come up with the innovative solutions to help us save money on our projects. He also made himself available every step of the way to make sure the work was done up to standard. We ended up replacing the flooring four different rooms and they all turned out great. We will definitely be using Jon and his team for future flooring projects!

Wonderful experience with RiteRug in Westerville for our new carpet. Jon at the store is so helpful and knowlegeable. The carpet installers were amazing! I cannot stress enough how great the install crew was, from moving our furniture, installation is perfect, seamless and they work fast without sacrificing a high quality install job! Thank You!!

I just got my new flooring two days ago and love it! The experience working with RiteRug was positive and flowed smoothly. I was pleased with TJ at the store and the two guys who came out to do the installation. They were thorough and took pride in their work. If I need flooring again for another part of my house, I will go to RiteRug first thing.

I had carpet installed by RiteRug and I’m appalled by the lack of customer service. The carpet was installed months ago and there was no transition strip installed at that time. I have reached out countless times to get this issues resolved and there is absolutely no follow through.
