One start to the installers. They came in to do the job and I was very concerned with the flooring in the bedroom. Gaps all over the place, bad finishes, and didn’t remove the molding to bring it down after the carpet was taken out “This was part of the pricing”. We complained to the installer Richard, he came up with excuses not to come back and rectify the issues. An installer from another company came to fix the many issues he left us with. Be aware of this installer.

Bathroom was done great but I had a few issues with timing and work not being done properly the first time. You need to check back on the work that’s done and make sure it’s to your liking. Lastly a small bathroom project that was supposed to take a week took a month, which affected other things that needed to get done in the unit. I was very disappointed and unfortunately they lost future business with us because of that. Great people but not good with maintaining their timeliness on projects, sadly.

This family owned business was on point and professional from the initial phone inquiry to the completion of the installation of vinyl floors my organization hired them for. Not knowing where to begin, I did a Google Search. Prestige Carpet & Tile had a high review rating and was located in the same zip code as the job site. I was greeted by Dawn on my initial contact call. Dawn went out of her way to immediately squeeze in, on the same day, a free consult. The owner, Dean, arrived within hours. Professional, respectful and knowledgeable of our flooring needs, we instantly trusted his expertise in the industry. As promised, Dean came back the following day with samples and a fair price quote. We hired Prestige Carpet & Tile and felt confident in this decision. Within one week the job was complete. Their son, Richard, was the main installer and just as professional as Dawn & Dean. Prestige did an excellent job, they were clean, efficient and trustworthly. (we gave them a key to our organization to work over the weekend). The team at Take Stock in Children Palm Beach highly recommends Prestige Carpet & Tile for any of your flooring needs.

I am so happy with the service that I received from Prestige, from beginning to end the service was amazing. Matt was so attentive and worked with me to choose something that I would like and also within my budget. The installers were so nice, and worked FAST, everything went smoothly on installation day and we all know how crazy house projects can get. A local flooring vendor works out with big happiness. Prestige provided me detailed and beautiful tile flooring works and services. I have no complaint in the quality. Go check them out if you live in West Palm Beach area.

If you are looking to replace your flooring look no farther. I called them Tuesday to give me an estimate. Dean came in the same day and they start installing Friday. in less than a week I got my whole floor replace. Professional service and go the extra mile to get the job done and get customers satisfy Thank you for this great experience
