Service just definitely isn’t like it you should be. We exclusively used them numerous times in our home for carpeting and the last few times we’ve wanted to have someone come out and quote. They forgot the appointment, had to reschedule, then forgot about that rescheduled appointment. Decided to give our business to another local company. Such a shame, because we, have loved everything we’ve ever had installed from them.

Have used Y’s Way Flooring for 25+ years! Always a pleasure doing business. Great variety of in-house carpet and vinyl and decent turnaround when it has to be ordered. Fair prices.

Installer of my carpet turned my heat (thermostat) up to 73 degrees on a May 70 plus degree day. Per pre installation instructions I turned my heat to 67, because they ask between 65-95 degrees on their sheet. Came home to heat at 73, no attempt to sweep up mess made and wifi router unplugged.

Received a call this morning to cancel a carpet cleaning and vent cleaning appointment. “….staffing shortage……not looking to hire anyone……you can look online to find someone else…..” Thanks Y’s Way.
