Rodgers installed hardwood in my bedroom plus refinished 2 other rooms and etc. They only refinished 1/2 of my flooring and buffed the rest out and told me my home was ready to move back in after living in a hotel for 2 weeks. I was told I had 885 square feet to refinish but the square footage is actually under 700 square feet from another estimate I received but 5 transitional boards were broken plus one chewed up pretty bad. The floors have circle like deep plates embedded in the floors plus a lot of lines every 2 inches apart. The upstairs hall way was roughly sanded and no polyurethane was applied. Rodgers charged me to move few pieces of my furniture and pieces were damaged plus they took out couple corners of my walls, damaged area of my dry wall, and nice dent in my garage door. The new floor they installed they placed a large scratch by moving a cabinet in without using a dolly. Minwax was used verses the Bona product I requested. Scratches still remain on my floors with boards that had no polyurethane applied. Chris is not willing to fix the mistakes. My home was found unlocked 3 times I’m aware of. Think before hiring this company. I have tons of other photos I could load up. I left (1) star but this company deserves no stars. 😡

Would not recommend them. They laid carpet, in my new house with an obvious defect in it, I have texted Chris several times asking them to come and look at it and he just keeps saying we will be out and they just don’t seem to care. I am not happy.

We had a very positive experience with Rodgers Decor & More. Jason was our sales consultant and he was awesome with communicating and helping us get exactly what we wanted. Workers were very quick and professional.

Rodgers has a great selection of flooring and a knowledgeable staff that will help you with flooring choices. However, when it comes to following up on commitments during purchase process they are terrible. I was told a few times they would get back to me with pricing and after a few days I had to call them. After a few times of this, it was obvious they do not care about breaking a commitment. Not the type of company I want to work with. I’ll take my business elsewhere! They are not the only flooring company in the area, but I believe they think they are.

We have purchased 2 carpets now from Rodgers and have been very pleased. The initial price given over the phone was honored, and Wayne was outstanding in customer service. We purchased a Milliken product which had a flaw and Wayne immediately took care of it replacing the defective one. We also bought a Fabrica carpet and our installers, Richard and his brother Caesar were fabulous! We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone!
