This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. we paid for the flooring upfront and then they wanted more money before they finish the job. There were so many things that disappointed me about this company. The woman was a true bully.

The entire team at Designer’s Touch was professional, courteous, and prompt from start to finish. The staff answered all our our questions promptly and thoroughly. We had new flooring installed in our entire house. We could not be happier. The installation was professional, and the installers were very clean and orderly. Would highly recommend this outstanding company.

I am so happy that we selected this company to install wood flooring in our three bedrooms. All the installers were experienced, friendly, came on time, and cleaned up after they finished for the day. Kim offered reasonable installation prices and if you need any suggestions she is there to help you. Wonderful company and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs flooring!!!

The cozy atmosphere of the different showrooms adds to the experience of shopping here. They have flooring options for every price range and fabricate custom area rugs. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My choice and recommendation for anyone looking at updating or options for new construction. They will also hand finish any species of hardwood to any color you would like.

I had a disaster of mold and moisture with 1/2 my new floors removed. I LOVE these floors but wood was discontinued. Kim Black (owner of Designer’s Touch) searched all her contacts to find excess inventory of my boards in California. JOY! But didn’t stop here. The installation by her team was fast, beautiful, perfect. Her people were not only professional, friendly, but perfectionists. They did everything…moving appliances, quarter round, leveling uneven areas, and left me in one day a beautiful home. I was blown away by the work and an unbelievably competitive price and would recommend them to anyone ! Guess you think I was beyond happy????
