We found the wool carpet we wanted at a reasonable price. The installation was very professional. We also had binding done on the remnants and are very pleased. Highly recommend them.

Initial shopping experience at store was good. Denise was friendly and personable, explained various types of flooring an allowed us to take a lot of samples. Brian came to our home for measurements/estimate. He was very knowledgeable and shared ideas for trim work around flagstone fireplace and kitchen which I hadn’t heard of which came out great. Brian showed up everyday to check on installers. The installers, Luis and his brother from Motiv8 were courteous and hard working. They finished ahead of schedule despite a setback when Brian learned there was moisture on our concrete pad. Price for floor and install was good, but be aware the added rollcoat sealant over subfloor for moisture was extra and seemed pricey given material and application process. Overall I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Mike Perry and his team provided us with a beautiful new kitchen, from floor to ceiling. From the very first day, Mike arrived on time and ready to do an inspection and from there provide an estimate for our kitchen, laundry room and pantry that was both accurate and affordable. He put a team of professionals in place who carried out their parts of the remodel on time and with care and artistry. We cannot stress enough the importance of contractors who keep their word on timelines and show up when expected. Furthermore, Mike Perry himself is highly responsive and answered our questions and concerns immediately and professionally. As with any remodel, there were a couple bumps in the road which Mike smoothed out and made the entire process painless and worry-free. We LOVE our kitchen! We HIGHLY recommend Mike Perry and Perry’s Complete Floors!

I needed some flexibility with time frames, I honestly was touched how caring they were to my situation. Will use them again in a heartbeat! To top it all off, my carpet looks absolutely amazing!

They were very helpful and had suggestions for alternatives in the event that materials were not available. The were courteous and cordial and very comfortable to work with during the purchases. I will return to them for the rest of my remodeling.

I highly recommend Perry’s Complete Floors. Mike was the best. He was professional and extremely helpful in giving us great advice in helping design our dream fireplace. Victor and Juan who installed the stonework, were courteous and hardworking. Their finished product speaks for itself. My wife then finished it off with her decorating skills.
