Best company ever! Wonderful experience getting my floors installed. New homeowner in Winona, didn’t know anyone but thankfully I found this company. They made the entire experience enjoyable from the initial contact thru the final install, they communicated with me every step in the process. They knew I had a tight schedule and they made it happen. I am EXTREMELY happy with the end results and would highly recommend to anyone looking to get new flooring!

These people made this experience replacing our floors from carpet to luxury vinyl planks so easy. Our sales guy Cody was really nice and knowledgeable. The installation crew did amazing and Zach was great with the follow up walk through. I really appreciate them and recommend them to.

We had such a good experience with this company! Cody W. is top-notch in service and delivery. We ordered three rooms of carpet and had to reschedule a few times – once because I had a group coming to my home and once because of weather, which is unavoidable. But John and Cody were accommodating and kept me informed all the way when the weather impeded installation. When installation did happen, Hugo and his team were very professional and fast. They also cleaned up after themselves, which is amazing! I especially loved the fact that I didn’t have to go to the showroom. Cody came to me, and had plenty of variety to show me. The whole process was a breeze. There aren’t enough good things to say about Floor Coverings International East Texas. Their service is impeccable. Their prices are very reasonable. I couldn’t be more pleased. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone!

Great place to do business. The owner was great and salesman great also. All the guys from front to back courteous and helpful. Luv my floors. Top notch.
