Our first experience with The Carpet Store was fine…no problems. Our second time was different. The carpet seams and lumpy areas bother me daily. The third experience was a terrible quality carpet that looked worn out one year later. We went with their recommendation and it was a huge disappointment and needs to be replaced.

Awesome, we love it. We had The Flooring Store & More install the Fox Den Organic Elements carpet for our new build. It’s a fantastic pattern and excellent color for a warm color scheme. Josh is a honest player in this space. We already have another order with them (countertops) because results speak for themselves he keeps things easy on us.

First stop for me were Lowe’s but heck no they make me wait one month for my carpet and when the date came the installation team said me schedule for February 2021 and I went there in October (2020) 😐 so i have to look for carpet stores again and find this store it has what I wanted , I got my carpet after 2 weeks, don’t wait for months for get a new carpet

Very nice employee. They didn’t have exactly what I needed, but rather than try to sell me something else, I was given the name of a competitor to find exactly what I am looking for. We need more of this… People actually interested in helping you even when it’s no benefit to them. For this reason alone, I would definitely recommend this business with 5 stars. 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
