I have visited the Tualatin location multiple times for the construction of our new home. The store is very clean and organized. The displays are amazing and extremely helpful. Plentiful selections available. The staff is friendly, extremely helpful and have a wealth of knowledge. Teri is top notch.

Jennifer provided AMAZING customer service! She emailed me a picture of the slab we were considering and even stayed on the phone with me until she knew I was able to open the image. She was helpful, friendly, and made a difficult situation a breeze. Dealing with Jennifer was a delight, she went out of her way to help.

My wife, Boots and I were looking for countertops and backsplash tiles and drove to Daltile. We popped in and low and behold a Facebook friend of ours–who we did not know works there–Terri Appenzoller, greeted us at the door! It was very serendipitous. Terri helped us choose a gorgeous countertop and backsplash for our kitchen, peninsula, and bay-window sill. Terri made the process easy, fun, and took all the pressure off us. The selection is AMAZING at Daltile. Any color and style you could dream of is available. With Terri’s stellar help, Boots and I found the perfect combo of color and materials and we had an absolute fun time! Boots and I are Realtors and we help our clients renovate their properties to sell for top dollar and help buyers update a newly purchased home. You can bet we will be sending all our clients to Terri.

Daltile in Tualatin is a great place to go if you are looking for slabs to view and purchase. They have a large selection and the customer service is excellent. Highly recommend.
