Where do I begin? I had very little water damage to my hardwood floor and called FD out for an estimate on replacing the damaged area, if possible. Because of the age of the floor and prior work, it was not able to be patched up, we’ll say. So, we moved forward with replacing the entire main floor hardwood flooring. I was not in any rush and start to finish took about 11 months. This was a mutual agreement over the course of those months. Once his team showed up for demo, things moved forward very quickly. Everything came together well and I’m very pleased with the finished product, as well as the service received on all levels. I would very highly recommend to anyone looking for any type of hardwood floor installs.

Michael Mann and his team at Floorcraft Designs did an outstanding job! We now have beautiful White Oak floors and we couldn’t be happier. Starting from the quote to the team finishing the job, all has been quality work. It is clear this is Michael’s expertise as he explained things so well. We did not have any trouble making any decisions and felt very confident we were in good hands and would end up with beautiful new floors in our home! I recommend Floorcraft Designs to all and would not hesitate to call them again!

Our hardwood floors were in rough shape but John did an excellent job refinishing our floors. He also worked hard to get them complete in our necessary time frame. We highly recommend John and Floorcraft Designs!

Overall, Mike and his crew did an awesome job with our floors. The price was great, the quality and craftsmanship was awesome, and most importantly, Mike and his guys were very communicative and responsive throughout the entire process.
