After searching several contractors, I was impressed with the process with BasementRemodeling.com! The quote was very detailed and clear, unlike others I received. As the work began, the team communicated with me during several meetings including pre-demolition and pre-construction. The timelines were clear and remained according to schedule. Eric provided a weekly schedule, a weekly check in email, project cost breakdown and payment plan. I am very pleased with their service and work. The finished project looks amazing!

Compared a few quotes that were roughly similar ballpark. Though basement remodeling was not the cheapest we definitely are glad we went with them. They were responsive, stuck to the timeline, respectful, quality of the work is excellent. Didn’t run into any major issues. Small adjustments and requests were addressed quickly. Aside from picking out fixtures and tile selections i could be hands off which was important. The tile, floor, trim work were all done flawlessly. They were organized and professional from the beginning, sending out weekly agenda emails along the way. Finished 1700 sq ft in less than 8 weeks. Definitely recommend!

The Basementremodeling guys did a excellent job on our basement. They were very responsive to changes we asked for and built the rec room we wanted. The workmen were conscientious and on time and put together a really finished product. True to their advertisement they were very open and transparent about the costs and took us through it all as it was being done and warned us if something was going to cost more. If we had another basement, we would hire them again.

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND. ACH Group-Basement Remodeling is a top-notch company. They are professional, organized and they work with integrity. We are truly impressed not only with the results of our beautiful basement but also their customer service. They think about everything. Communication, quality, and safety (especially during this pandemic as they all have masks on, signage for temperature checks, bring their own porta potty and dumpster.) They cleaned up every time they were in our home and always locked the door when they left. They even installed their own lock box. They worked so quietly in our home we did not even know at times when they were working in our basement. This was helpful for our son’s virtual learning and my remote work. Most of all, we really appreciate their honesty and there were no surprises or misleading tactics. They went above and beyond any basement company we interviewed (3 others) and the price was very reasonable. We had a couple of issues, but they always fixed the concern without hesitation. We wish more companies would work like ACH-Basement Remodeling. We are especially grateful for the amazing team, Eric (Project Manager is fantastic), Tom, Greg, Mike, Gheorge, Jorge, Paul (the electrician) and all the contractors. This company is the real deal and AMAZING. We love our basement and bathroom! Thank you, ACH-Basement Remodeling, for an outstanding job and service!!
