*Updated review. Like a bad marriage, it starts out amazing and ends in disaster. I have used Signature a number of times over the past 7 years and the quality of the work and customer service is just not what it was. Most recently I requested floor refinishing quotes for two historic properties (Canton and Butchers Hill), one quote came across quickly and it has been weeks and the other has never been sent. I called the office, called the owner’s phone and texted him and could never get him on the line. I ended up wasting two weeks trying to connect with him before throwing in the towel. I would never have lowered my original review if there was not such a total disregard and lack of consideration for other’s time. If you don’t want the job, just say you don’t want the job. I have nothing but positive things to say about Signature Hardwood Floors. They were willing to take on a tough job (old house in Butchers Hill with some painted original floors) that other companies turned down and did an incredible job in transforming them. The prices were very reasonable and the crew showed up when promised. I would use them again without hesitation.

Wow. I cannot say enough about this company. The owner is the nicest person in the world and knows everything there is to know about hardwoods and refinishing. Simply amazing and the results are better than we dreamed of. Don’t think twice about hiring them. I have include some before, during, and after pictures of our beautiful 102 year old floors that have come back to life again thanks to Signature Hardwoods!

They did a fantastic job on our floors. Attached is one picture before and one after. Should be noted that we went from neutral stain to early American. Pricing was fair and work done promptly. Highly recommended

Exceptional work and smooth process. Top notch on every step of the way, from covering the space to protect the rest of the house from dust, to communication, to the gorgeous final product. Highly recommend Signature Hardwood Floors. Great to work with Danny, Stephanie, and Christian, and their refinish team. We had other floors in our house refinished by another company a few years ago and Signature Hardwood was far superior in all ways. Customer for life.

We have had Signature Hardwood Floors to our “fixer-upper” multiples times over several years. Every time, they are polite and professional — even blowing the saw dust off the driveway! They are creative and flexible when encountering “non-conforming” issues in our older home. Always a beautiful job at a fair price and a positive overall experience.

Signature Floors did an excellent job for us. They installed our entrance hall & kitchen floor. They were able to match stain to existing floors in other adjoining rooms. They were also able to level a laundry room floor and lay a floating floor. Absolutely would use them again and would highly recommend them to our family and friends.

Signature was sent to our home to repair wood that was damaged as a result of a delivery from another company. Danny was able to make the repairs and match the stain so that our foyer area looked like new again. We were impressed with his professionalism and his attention to detail. Even though he wasn’t contracted directly through us to make the repairs, we feel that Danny treated us with the same respect that we’re sure he gives to his direct customers. We are thankful that Signature was the company selected to do our repairs.
