Raul-Freddie and his team were so considerate and professional in arranging to do the work. They did a perfect job and used the highest grade urethane after superbly sanding and prepping my floor. They were conscientious, polite and on time, and the price was more than fair. My home was left immaculately clean afterwards. After many years of dealing with contractors I unqualifyingly recommend them as top of the list in work ethic, professionalism and customer relations. We got to Freddie in crisis mode, and he turned out to be the greatest blessing. As part of a larger remodel, we had scheduled another company for floor work. On the day they were supposed to begin work, they informed us that everyone at the company was sick—and cancelled on us. So we contacted Freddie, and he was instantly warm and understanding. He spoke with some of his other clients, and maneuvered his team’s schedule to get us started quickly. His attitude, materials, and finished product are all impeccable. He’s honest, reliable, transparent about which materials cost what and why, and absolutely meticulous in each step of the project. Our floors now look rich, seamless, and full of natural wood luster. Freddy and his guys from Amazing Hardwood Floors were the absolute best choice we could’ve made for refinishing the floors in a new house we just bought. We bought this house and right after closing began to do a lot of renovations. We had the entire house painted, did lots of molding and trim work, and wanted to have the floors refinished. I received several quotes from multiple companies for the floor refinishing, and not only was Freddy the guy who made us feel the most comfortable about having the work done, he was also the most affordable. We explained to him what we wanted, and how there would be a lot of other work being done, and he and his guys did exactly what hey said they would do and delivered in the exact timeline they promised. I am a relatively detail oriented person and as such can sometimes be hard to please, but Freddy went above and beyond in every way and we couldn’t be happier. If you are looking for someone to refinish your existing hardwood floors, don’t bother calling anyone except Freddy… he is the best!!

Raul did an incredible job in our house with our hardwood floors and the staircase. He’s extremely responsive and a master at his craft.
