The quality control was poor. When they left, my pocket door wouldn’t close, a tile was broken on my fireplace, and the sheetrock in a few corners was damaged.

I would highly recommend Larry’s Floor Covering, awesome carpet layers, very professional and punctual, had the old carpet removed, replaced in 3 hours, quality carpet, very reasonable prices , I soooooo love the new carpet, feels absolutely GLORIOUS on my feet, Thank You Larry’s Floor Covering I will recommend you at every chance I get 🥰😘

had larry do our hallway 3 years ago. Called them up to do a room off of the hallway and wanted to know if the carpet we had installed 3 years ago was still available so it would match. He said yes and installers came out and the carpet color did not match. They said they will contact Mohawk and a rep will be out to inspect. No mohawk rep came out, got a call a little while later saying that mohawk will be sending new carpet out that will match. New carpet arrives and there is no change. I feel like they should have told us upfront that there is a chance that the carpet won’t match due to different dye lots. Also, bring a color sample board to make sure the carpet being ordered matches whats on the floor. Great carpet, awesome install job but thought this could have gone a little better on the customer service side.

Larry’s is probably one of the best replacement carpet experiences I’ve ever had. Color selections were quite robust, and I was given free samples and loaner swatches to review in my home for color matching. The install staff was professional and clean. The best part was Larry personally came to my home, measured my floor area and gave insight on how to best redo my damaged carpet. Pricing was competitive and what I would expect for a full service floor covering company. Highly recommend.
