I spoke with Vinny to get his advice on my project, even though they were not working on my project. Vinny was extremely professional and courteous to give me his undivided attention to address my concerns, even though they are not working on my project. Would definitely recommend to anyone out there looking for an honest professional company for the hardwood floor needs.

Pete and his crew came in and did an immaculate job. Professional, Courteous, and respectful. The job was priced right, they were quick and I am so happy with the job that was done. I was initially quoted at 3 days but Pete and the crew came in and knocked it out in 2 days. So happy. So satisfied. Would recommend to anyone.

What a dynamic duo in every sense of phrase! Vinny was on point with his recommendations regarding sanding instead of ripping out and going with new wood. He was like a professional designer with his explanation of why we should keep the old historic oak that is no longer available in homes and the color swatches he was able to provide with the stain. And Eric, the one who actually did the sanding and stain was as professional and courteous as they come. He was like a wizard with the machine, being as meticulous and careful with my furniture as could be without having to remove it all. I would definitely refer them to anyone looking for a “Quality” Flooring job in the future!

I’m so glad I chose Quality Floor Experts! I have a very difficult time making decisions when it comes to doing work in my home. Vincent helped me to decide what floors to install and the color stain to choose. Well thank goodness I listened to him I couldn’t be any happier. My house looks amazing. It was literally transformed from early 90’s to 2021 the results brought me to actual tears. The crew was very professional, neat and respectful. they showed up everyday ontime and completed the job. I had hard wood floors installed, stairs redone from carpet to hardwood, banisters sanded and stained and new wrought iron spindals. I would highly recommend this company for any home Renovations. Truly amazing!

I’m a real estate broker in Manhattan and truly value great contractors. I just found this one. The people at Quality Floor Experts are as capable and competent as their name suggests, from the first conversation to the end-of-job. They are responsive, reliable and trustworthy. From start to finish, I felt like they truly cared to do the best job possible. I will use them again, without hesitation and recommend them without reservation. They did a terrific job on a floor that had some challenges. I think it starts with communication and theirs is excellent. They listened to my concerns and requests, clearly explained to me what can and can’t be done, then showed up ontime and did exactly what we agreed on – and left the area where they worked clean and ready to use. During the job, they also listened to any concerns I had and resolved them. They are truly experts in what they do and happen to be very nice people. I felt like I was working with good friends. (No, I’m not related!)

Had my floors refinished n stained n new spindles on my railings redone . I was very impressed with the quality n servce . They were extremely nice n had great ideas . They all worked very hard .. they did my living / dinning room , stairs, hallway n my kitchen – they look amazing . Very happy with the great job they did . I would highly recommend them n their company

This company is very professional and my experience with them was a very pleasant one. I refinished my floors and had new treads installed, stained and sealed. I could not be happier with the work that was done. All the workers were super courteous, professional and they all paid attention to detail and pricing was very reasonable. I recently had the pleasure of having Vinny and his staff install and finish a new wood floor for my master bedroom. I have an old home and Vinny and his staff made my room look brand new. I tend to be a bit fussy and my floor look better than I could ever have imagined. They did a beautiful job like they were working on their own home. Lalo and Giuseppe were patient, kind, knowledgeable and professional. I’m looking forward to finishing the rest of my floors with them. Thank you guys!

Key attributes: – Highest quality work possible – Successful repair and refinishing of existing floor damage such as deep scratches – Sets expectations and meets or exceeds them (eg, timing, quality) – No surprises, no up-sell, no hassle – Ease of doing business: Has insurance requirements, is straightforward, and demonstrates high integrity Work Description: My prewar apartment required complete floor refinishing, including some scratch marks that were noticably deep. Upon a friend’s advice, I hired someone to do the work and it ended up a mess (eg, damaged sideboards, inconsistent finish, room-length lines). Following the poor work by the previous contractor, the floors were in delicate shape and needed to be done within a week. Contacting Quality Floor Experts, Vinny evaluated the work to be done, provided options (eg, stains, finish), and pricing – all straightforward and transparent. The job was completed in 5 days, including the full repair of sideboards. The result was astonishing: The floor was brought back to life, appearing almost new without compromising the charm. Further, the deep scratches were now as good as gone and the sideboards looked brand new. Everyone who has walked through the apartment comments on the great looking floors.
