The selection at Lima Tile is excellent. The best thing about this place is the fantastic service. We have now used Lima on multiple occasions. From the moment you walk in you’ll feel like your project is the most important thing to them. The whole staff is accommodating. There is never pressure to rush you into making choices. They are always ready to make suggestions to help save some money and still deliver top quality materials. Special orders have always arrived on time and in perfect condition. There’s is no other tile shop that we would use. Way to go Mo!

Had a tough time finding matching tiles and stone for a damaged bathroom. This treasure hunt led me to Lima and then bingo! Lima has an impressive catalogue and inventory (ie things you can buy right there and then) with its nearby stoneyard (Tristone) so quite convenient to get all I needed. The team is super helpful and the owner, Moe, is the most gracious… he even referred a great tile professional to help with the job. Great experience overall.

I had gone to 4 other tile stores and had a hard time picking out the right color tiles for my kitchen floor and bathroom floor/shower. I didn’t have much luck or help from salespeople at the other tile stores; they just didn’t seem very helpful. After days of frustration going to different tile stores and not having much luck, I googled and found Lima Ceramic tile in Stamford. I called and John at lima answered my call and informed me by the time I get to the store he’ll have some tiles picked out for me to look at. Sure enough when I got to Lima John had showed me tiles that fit my descriptions of what I was looking for. John was so professional and helpful. I loved everything he picked out for me! John informed me what day the tiles would be delivered to my home and even texted me the morning of to let me know what time my shipments of tile would arrive at my home. I would definitely use John and Lima Ceramic tile store again and definitely would highly recommend to anyone!

Lima Tile and especially Maggie are always so helpful the few times I’ve been there. I needed to replace tiles on a repair on a new home I bought and they took their time to help me match the color as best as possible. When I do a proper renovation I will be going back for my tile and floor needs!
