Charlie at family flooring America was extremely helpful and really listened to what we were looking for and then provided us options from there. Installation of the carpet was also seamless-installers did a great job! I used LUNA last year at our old home and had a horrible experience with their customer service, so this was worlds better!! Can’t recommend them enough!

My husband and I are very picky and we were extremely happy with our experience. Karol and Ann were very knowledgeable about the products and had a great selection. The installation team was very respectful of our home and had great attention to detail. They had no problem handling some of our custom requests. I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone!

Like most people I tried to save money and hired the son of a friend to do my floors 3 yrs ago. Regardless of what they said, they did not have the experience I expected. Now three years later I am tearing up my floors and doing them again. Yes their experience was sub-par but the product (a big brand name) did not hold up like I expected either. I knew Carlos and should have gone with him and Family Flooring America the first time but as I said, I was trying to save money. I was going to go through H.D. this time but found out their quoting process is flawed and it would have cost me thousands more than what they quoted me. I wanted a one stop shoping experience and that is what FFA gave me. They brought the material into my home without charging me extra. They have their own installation team, which was great by the way, so there is no finger pointing. They take, and took, ownership of everything and the experience was great. Always on time and took care when they also moved my furniture. They did a great job installing the flooring and the trim, which they stained to match. They did my basement and 1st floor and I know it was tough at times, but they never complained and they never told me that anything would cost extra. You know the saying “you get what you pay for”, well it is true. I may have paid a little more than I would have with a budget company, whos idea of a great flooring job is the cheapest, but I wanted a reliable product and quality workmanship and now I feel I have it. It is worth it to go with FFA. I am glad I did and would again. Thank you

This was definitely the best floor shopping experience I encountered during two months when I was looking for tiles for my kitchen. Karol, the person who helped me to choose the right tile was very knowledgeable, helpful, and most of all super nice! Definitely a great place to shop for floor products and I will go back there again next time I will do some remodeling in my house.

We choose FFA to tile our kitchen floor and our backsplash. Karol was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was supportive and attentive throughout the entire process. She even helped us choose styles and colors for both areas. The installers were friendly, professional, and efficient. We’ll be going back to FFA on our next project. Highly recommend!

Out HUNDREDS of dollars after the employee measured ordered tiles for Kitchen-said there would be a few extra tiles INSTEAD!! Its HUNDREDS Of Extra tiles that via employee “cant be returned your stuck with them”

We had Family Flooring install a new kitchen and hall floor for us last year. They did such a great job and the price was fair, so we hired them to do our bathroom floor. The staff we worked with, Carol and Ann, were very helpful. The installer, Jim, did a fantastic job. We definitely will have them do more jobs for us when needed.
