This place lives up to its name, as it offers repeated high-level performance! If you are interested in top-quality, high-end design wall tile, floor tile, lighting, windows, doors (even garage doors), cabinetry, and more, I highly recommend that you stop in and ask for Justin (Ortiz). Not only will Justin be able to provide you with expert product knowledge, he is also capable of providing digital renderings of designated design spaces, giving customers an advance look at what their design choices will actually look like in-place. For a visual person like me, this has been invaluable in making final design choices with this business on multiple occasions. I couldn’t be more grateful for the local one-stop shop for modern home design elements that is Encore Gallery. I look forward to our continued home project work together.

Absolutely wonderful place, i had a great experience from start to finish. The representative Justin had helped me on a full bathroom remodel. I was not even planning to do any projects but after walking into this place it was HARD NOT TOO. Definitely would recommend anyone here.

Beautiful showroom and tiles are definitely one of a kind! The installation process went seamless and wonderful with Bartek and his crew. They did an amazing job, they were punctual and professional! A bliss to work with👍🏼 Unfortunately, the customer service at the gallery itself was mediocre. When inquired one of the managers/owners who was in charge of custom cabinets (as we were told), he was more interested in going to get his lunch than helping us. Basically brushed us off. Seemed like we weren’t taken too seriously until my husband called the gallery a few days later to make the purchase.
