Be advised this proprietor requires a non-negotiable deposit amount of 75% of the purchase price to put a project in motion. Nothing in my initial review comments above stated that you were not up front about your deposit policy. Additionally, your proposal does not remedy the fact you demand 75% up front before anyone touches my home. Hardly an equitable situation from my vantage point and I refuse to accept the inferior risk position you propose. I can only conclude you are difficult to work with and consequently have difficulty collecting outstanding balances until your clients are satisfied. Meanwhile, your competition requires 25% less deposit and charges less for the same materials and work scope.

We had a leak in our bathroom that ruined our shower and floor. We hired an independent contractor to fix it, and despite his good reviews, his work was a disaster. Pam at Inspired Flooring & Design saved us! She and her team were professional, organized and on schedule throughout the whole process. I was so impressed at the collaboration between the teams – everyone knew the plan. Each person who worked in my house – from the demo guy (love Berend!), the tile guys, the glass guy, painters, plumbers, and electricians – were careful, polite, highly qualified, and amazing to work with. Pam was great at helping us choose colors and tile and the whole combination turned out beautifully. Either Pam or the project manager, Steve (can’t tell you what a nice guy he is!) came by every day to check the work and progress. Both were always friendly, available, and so patient to answer questions and to make even the tiniest tweaks to accommodate our wishes. Pam and Steve are serious detail people. They made sure even the smallest parts of the job were done perfectly. I don’t think there’s a store in Franklin, Brentwood or Nashville that would have given us better quality, service or results. From now on, I will always go to Pam and her team at Inspired Flooring & Design for any home improvement project.

I cannot rave about this company enough. They did a master bath and laundry room project for us and everything exceeded our expectations. They called and showed up when they said they would. Every sub that was sent over to us was top notch. Kind, courteous and great work. From beginning to end. We will definitely contract them again.

They did a wonderful job on our front porch. The store/showroom has so many beautiful choices for your project. They are friendly and very professional. There could be a bathroom remodel in my future!

Loved working with Inspired Flooring & Design, communication was great, specific design on my carpet runner on my staircase looks great, installer worked quickly and I have experienced no problems. I would highly recommend this business and plan on using them again in the future.

Pretty bad experience here attempting to get a tile job (kitchen) completed and have Inspired take any ownership of keeping my home protected from debris, dust, etc. While they claimed to be straightforward, which we should all be appreciative of, it came across several times as incredibly crass and condescending. The store manager would make ignorant comments in person and via email, for example, ‘Well, we’re not going to clean your house.’ Unnecessary commentary and sounds ridiculous when dealing with a potential client. I just wanted someone to put up some plastic wrap for protecting cabinets, quartz counters, and prevent dust/dirt blowing all over the rest of the house. This sparked a defensive posture for inquiring about it and the manager actually suggested I go elsewhere if I preferred. Unreal!
