We replaced carpeting in the master bedroom, and removed the carpet in my husband’s office and replaced it with tile. From the first visit in the showroom, to the end result of the installation, EVERYTHING was great! The selection of tile and carpet in the showroom was almost overwhelming, but we had great help and were able to take home samples. Measuring the areas was a breeze, and the installation date was expedient. The whole process for installation took less than 2 days and everything was cleaned up after the installation. We couldn’t be happier with the carpet and tile we selected!! It looks great!!! I received a call the day after to ensure our satisfaction. Top notch!!

The carpeting and flooring products we purchased were nice and look great but the installers scratched up our baseboards (that we just had painted) something awful. We have to repaint. And for some reason they tore out all the speaker wire we had pinned up and out of the way,

Fantastic crew at Trott’s. I needed carpet for a room at my mother’s house before I left town. Home Depot was a month out, found Trott’s, and gave them a call. Patti was very helpful and understood my situation. I went in and they had the perfect carpet, in stock, and at a great price. The showroom was beautiful and the staff was friendly. Patti called me later and told me she could work me in Thursday rather than Friday. Robert came out and was pleasant, professional, and efficient. He was very careful with the stuff he had to move and mindful of the house. I could not be more pleased with the experience. Oh, did I mention I have nearly 30 years in the flooring business selling and installing? Trust me when I say these folks are the real deal. 10 out of 5 stars.

We had flooring installed in our condo last year. After a short time two pieces of the flooring failed “broke” within a year. We contacted Bob at the office, and he sent a crew out to check the flooring. They said the flooring wasn’t leveled properly and ended up taking up the flooring, leveling the floor and installed new flooring at no charge to us. Although we weren’t happy we had to go through that process again, the new flooring has been great. Trott’s stood behind their product and installation. Thanks Bob ‘

We had an entire house carpeted by Trott carpet a few years back, . During the install the installers that were here busted up our drywall at the bottom. After about three months, the carpet was all wrinkled, we called them and they charged us $200 to take the wrinkles out and there was a Warrenty , and we still had to pay them. About a year and a half after that it wrinkled again, we called them back again still under warranty and had to pay them again. This is our vacation home the carpet has never been mistreated, it gets about 3 to 4 weeks a year of use, The shape of the carpet is in excellent condition, hardly used. we have tried calling them several times year after year they refused to come over, then they started using this excuse about warranties, and it’s still under warranty, they have charges a substantial amount of money to fix their poor installation. We requested that they have an inspection, they said, I will send a request in, that was several weeks ago. We have tried calling them several times,we get is a scratchy sound on the phone. We ended up having to pay another person to stretch our carpet. I am not done with this I will be calling the Better Business Bureau, the attorney generals office, consumer protection, and any other place I can because I know if they did this to me they did it to other people. There is no excuse for a business to act like this and treat their customers this way, I’m assuming the people that are writing good reviews on this site, probably didn’t have to deal with a defective carpet and installation like we did

With the purchase of our new home my husband and I were eager to redo our flooring. We made the usual stops at Home Depot and Lowe’s and were not impressed with the choices they had on hand, and equally unimpressed by the level of service. My parents recommend Trott’s and I am so glad that they did! Not only did they have an incredible selection of luxury vinyl, laminate, and hardwood (plus so much more) but the staff was so unbelievable helpful and patient with us as we looked at options and made our selections. I loved that we were able to take large samples home with us to get a better idea of what we liked best and especially appreciated the expertise of the staff (particularly Rita and Patti). We are so excited about our new floors and cannot recommend Trott’s enough!

Great service and quality carpet. Everyone I interacted with was professional, knew what they were talking about and provided great customer service. They beat Lowes and Home Depot carpet price by a lot. Don’t waste your time with the big box stores, give these guys a chance to earn your business. Rita, Patti, Bobby, Richard and Greg thank you!
