Top notch customer service! I called 2 companies. Steve from Grout Perfect called me back right away, came the next day to give me a quote and we had the job scheduled before the other company called back days later. The estimate was exactly what was charged and the crew worked longer than expected to get the job done. Best of all my floor looks brand new. Steve even followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the job. Totally recommend Grout Perfect.

Steve and his team do terrific work! I had the tile/grout in kitchen and laundry room cleaned. Then they re-grouted and sealed the area. Looks as good as new! I highly recommend!

For a long time we’ve been living with mold, mildew and some very nasty, discolored caulking in our glass block walk-in shower. Nothing we did made things any better. By luck I found Grout Petfect’s online listing and called. Steve returned my call quickly and we set up an appt. I mention this because it’s not always easy to find people who will follow through on inquiries these days. John and Jordan did the work and our shower looks like new. Grout Perfect is a great company with a great service. We first used them 20 years ago when we had a floor put in but did not like the grout color. Grout perfect re-colored it then to a color we liked. Fast forward to March 2024. The color was starting to fade and look dirty, so we called them again to clean and re-color the grout. The floor looks new again. We are very happy with this company and service. If you are hesitating to re-color or professionally clean your grout, I would say do it, your floors will never look better.
